Personal Philosophy:

I believe that the path to health begins with prevention and requires a culmination of conventional medical and complimentary treatments.  I have a history of working largely in geriatric populations, but also have a wide variety of experience in other areas of medicine.  My time spent overseas living and raising my two children has given me a unique perspective.  I enjoy working with parents to help balance the stressors of raising a family.    I incorporate  counseling into my practice and believe that there is a strong connection between psychological and physical health. I believe Naturopathic Medicine has the ability to incorporate all aspects of the intricate workings of human beings.  My interests include: Homeopathy, Nutrition, Herbs, Postpartum support, Woman’s Health, Anxiety/Depression, Allergies, Food Sensitivities, Diabetes and Cardiovascular health.
